The Project DirectorLeads SAMHSA Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) grant project planning, development, implementation, quality improvement, and evaluation efforts. Responsible for ongoing management of CCBHC direction, improvement, advancement, and integration within system of care.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the followingqualifications.
- Minimum of Master's Degree in Human Service or Health Science field—including Social Work, Rehabilitation, Psychology, or a related field required
- Minimum of three years' experience providing mental health and/or substance use treatment services to individuals, including those with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Experience leading large-scale projects, including grant management and reporting, staff supervision and coordination, quality improvement activities, and oversight evaluation and project performance required.
- Experience with SAMHSA/CCBHC grants, required activities, and/or Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) data, including NOMs and IPP activities required.
- Experience managing continuous quality improvement strategies required.
Salary : $85,000 - $87,000
