RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone.
- Service appointment scheduling for customers over the phone and in person.
- Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
- Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties.
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
- Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guests.
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Maintain office supplies for service department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to submit to background check.
- Hours for this position are Full Time
