We are looking for Entry Level Fleet Service Technicians to join us immediately. Preferred candidates have experience working at a dealership. You must be an Automotive Service Technician Program graduate to be considered for this role. Successful candidates can work at a faster-than-average pace and have an eye for managing detail-work. If selected, you can expect to be in a constant state of learning. We have a robust training program that offers you advancement and learning opportunities to help you master your automotive technician skills.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency, and in accordance with dealership processes
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed of any additional service needed; providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Must be an Automotive Service Technician Program graduate
- Dealership experience is preferred
- You are detail-oriented, analytical, and methodical
- You work with a sense of urgency
- Precise, thorough, and natural doer
- Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
