Mercer is seeking an Administrator – Insurance Operations in their Urbandale, IA office location.

- Under moderate supervision, reviews instructions from claim processes and procedures for accuracy and registers and adjudicates claims and incidents in the claims management system in accordance with instructions.
- Able to sort claim documents into individual claims to be uploaded into the processing system.

We will count on you to:
- Adheres to prioritization of processing to meet turnaround time requirements.
- Adheres to processing and production standards set for the position.
- Prepares standard status and closing letters based on the processes and procedures for the position.
What you need to have:
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of professional work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
