Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.

As the Governance, Metrics and Resolution (GMR) Analyst, this individual reports to the GMR Lead and provides day-to-day management of incident involving third parties or joint ventures. The GMR Analyst works closely with the Leadership from other teams in the CFC to ensure a comprehensive and proactive cyber defense functionality throughout our Company’s corporate and business operations.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs staff of direct and indirect reports in conducting Governance, Metrics and Resolution by utilizing knowledge management and case management solutions​

  • Provides input into cybersecurity policy and repeat policy violator repercussions​

  • Provides briefings at various levels of management regarding ongoing security incidents​

  • Ensures that 24/7 On-Call capability is maintained​

  • Actively manages and drives third party remediation efforts​

  • Provides recommendations to third party clients in regards to cybersecurity remediation activity​

As required, serves as cybersecurity advisor to corporate or business components that fall outside of the CFC during their incident​

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • BA/BS or MA/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems or High School Diploma with related experience including Senior Level IR Analyst, IR Shift Manager, or IR Management  ​

Required Experience and Skills**:

  • 3 years team leadership

  • Incident response and handling experience​

  • Background in at least 1 of the following domains; security products and technologies; security engineering, networking protocols and data center; ​

  • Proven experience in security analysis and investigations​

  • Project management skills and experience​

  • Ability to deep dive issues and maintain focus​​ ​

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Willingness to be active in the training, coaching, and development of their team​

  • Foreign Language capability​

  • Familiarity in dealing with contracts, statements of work, etc. ​

  • Maintains certification in privacy certifications (CPP)​

  • Security certifications (e.g., Security , CEH, GCIA, GCIH, CISSP or similar)​
