As an HR Specialist, you will provide HR guidance and support to the Global Information & Technology Organization. The HRBP coaches the leader and his/her leadership team as a partner and provides expertise in the development of the organizational talent and diversity strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and escalated employee relations issues. As part of your HRBP responsibilities, you will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent, seeking to develop or implement Human Resources solutions to complex businesses and organizational needs.
In this role, you will also work on special projects that impact our Global IT organization. The nature of these projects could vary over time but will touch on talent management, early career programs, , workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR consulting and coaching to leaders. Understand dynamics and key business priorities of client groups to provide support to business leaders on effectively managing their organizations.
Support all talent management and organizational alignment activities within client groups. Support organizational change management activities, including restructuring. Support the talent and diversity strategy for the IT organization. Drive culture change and team effectiveness strategies.
Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable client’s business strategy.
Coach leaders to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, etc.).
Lead key HR Projects for our IT organization in close partnership with HR colleagues across the organization, ensuring alignment with HR Director.
Partner with talent acquisition and talent enablement organizations on activities in support of the organization’s workforce plan and talent strategy.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, employee relations).
Provide Human Resources policy guidance and interpretation.
Analyze trends and metrics to provide guidance
Ambassador leading and supporting our cultural growth and diversity & inclusion initiatives, steward and exemplar of compliant and ethical behavior.
Required Skills/Competencies:
Demonstrated HR functional competence in one or more HR disciplines.
Demonstrated experience leading multiple HR Projects and initiatives, leveraging resources across the organization, managing timelines, and driving through successful delivery.
Ability to strategically prioritize time and problem solve against most impactful activities and initiatives
Proven ability to demonstrate and foster collaboration among peers and extended HR organization. Stakeholder management of multiple decision makers, corporate colleagues, and cross-functional teams
Experience navigating and leveraging HR systems and data analytics to support client consultation (preferably Workday, Visier, Glint, and Service Now)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business.
Ability to build trusted partnerships and to work effectively with people at all levels
Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365 Productivity and Collaboration tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Planner, OneDrive, Stream, etc.
Preferred Competencies:
Previous HR Business Partner experience
Demonstrated experience managing in organization development such as organization design, change management, workforce planning
Knowledge of US-employment legal practices and policies
Required:
Education:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related discipline, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, in an HR COE or in HR Operations role; or relevant applicable experience

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5,2023 our U.S. Hybrid work model will be as follows: 1. Three total days on site per week: Tuesday and Wednesday – plus one additional day of choice based on what works best for organizations and/or teams. 2. Expected salary range:
