Expanding, busy office is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to work full-time or part-time

  • Willing and able to accept direction, creative thinking, and open-minded. Positive attitude and ability to change direction with little notice.
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Ability to handle a multi-line phone system with confidence.
  • Ability to lift 45 lbs. minimum.
  • Assist all departments as needed.
  • Other duties as may be required.

Job Description:

  • Processing work orders and scheduling service technicians in a busy service environment.
  • Handle checking in parts, maintaining inventory, and scheduling work orders once parts have arrived
  • Receiving, checking in, and scheduling equipment sent in my clients
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Handle incoming phone calls from clients requesting inspections and repairs of their equipment
  • Interacting with business development team with clients’ needs for new equipment, repairs, inspections and projects
  • Assist Finance Manager with calling on past due accounts
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Reports directly to Operations Manager and CEO

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
