Expanding, busy office is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to work full-time or part-time

Job Description:
- Processing work orders and scheduling service technicians in a busy service environment.
- Handle checking in parts, maintaining inventory, and scheduling work orders once parts have arrived
- Receiving, checking in, and scheduling equipment sent in my clients
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Handle incoming phone calls from clients requesting inspections and repairs of their equipment
- Interacting with business development team with clients’ needs for new equipment, repairs, inspections and projects
- Assist Finance Manager with calling on past due accounts
- Other duties may be assigned
- Reports directly to Operations Manager and CEO
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
