- Adjustment, Testing, and Troubleshooting of complex Integrated Microwave Assemblies
- Scheduling through the testing / screening process
- Interacting with assembly / engineering to improve design

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
High School Diploma
Basic electronics training - three or more years of bench work
RF/Microwave experience
Read diagrams / assembly maps / troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate with people of varying levels of experience and cultures
Read / write / speak English
Have a secret clearance or be able to obtain one
Overtime (Saturdays) may sometimes be necessary
Purpose:This position is for an experienced individual contributor in the Test sub-family, who works with minimum supervision for standard situations.
Responsibility Statement:Performs Complex tuning and moderate problem solving Does Simple to moderate tuning Has thorough understanding of Engineering standards and can read basic block diagram Assignments other than mentioned above Prepare complex test reports and data in accordance with Acceptance Test Procedures and may help write Acceptance Testing Procedures Executes complex testing; conducts Thermal, Shock, Vibration and Environmental Tests Diagnosing/problem solve, debugging of moderate to complex problems Utilize a variety of test equipment, including bus analyzers, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers to ensure the highest quality of integrated and tested products
Additional Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Capability to work with little to no general instruction on daily activities Comprehensive knowledge of tuning logic and methods Adequate reading, writing English, and arithmetic skills needed Understanding of electrical theory and OHMs law
Education:Associate's Degree, High School Diploma
Work Experience:Experience in testing and troubleshooting electrical components , at least Five Years
