You are responsible for
- • Perform inspection and reporting of incoming, in-process, final, and outgoing product/subassemblies to configuration and requirements as specified in documentation • Perform consignment kit audits Sort and report rejected material specified in purge request • Enter inspection and audit information into required database • Maintain records using PC and mainframe terminals to access • File incoming component device history records • Conduct inspections at First Article, in-process, in-coming and completes the final inspections • Initiate Non-Conformance reports (Material Rejection Notices) as required • Perform first article inspections to support the component qualification process • Read and interpret specifications and part prints • Ensure that all products have been tested and fall within standards, measured to specifications and within tolerances, readability of labels, etc. • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned • Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations. • Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation. • May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated. May conduct QC tests on repaired products. • Communicates and assists in the resolution of quality related problems.

- • High School Diploma or equivalent • 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment • Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to exercise judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations • Detail oriented • Ability to work with little instruction on daily work • Ability to plan and perform highly precise measurements and inspections to assure compliance to ISO9001/13485 and customer requirements
