Responsibilities
This is a provisional status position pending Arizona State Board of Nursing licensure not to exceed four (4) months. Under direct supervision of Registered Nurse provides patient care according to established plan of care utilizing nursing process. Provides patient care working closely with Staff RN and healthcare team.
Qualifications
Minimum:
Completion of board approved nursing program
Letter of recommendation from nursing program clinical instructor
Completed application process for RN license through AzBN and provides documentation
Preferred:
BSN program completion preferred
Nurse extern I program completion
