CARE COORDINATOR
REPORTS TO ACCOUNT MANAGER
POLICY:
The Care Coordinator is responsible for direct consultation with clients to identify client needs and provide appropriate staff based on needs and schedules. Additional responsibilities include the identification and resolution of customer service matters, assisting in business development efforts, and in-office organizational management.
JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience preferred
- Self-Starter
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
- Organized with attention to detail

- Demonstrate leadership
- Effective communication skills with various personalities
- Desire to pursue a career in healthcare sales

DUTIES:
- Adhere to federal and state laws and relevant healthcare program requirements
- Scheduling - Consult with clients to identify their needs and provide the appropriate staffing
- Identify and/or resolve client and/or caregiver customer service issues
- Assist Accounts Manager in business development efforts
- Assist with rotating on-call schedule to handle after-hour issues
- File all physical paperwork pertaining to the position
