Overview:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Provides patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Overview:

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma, LPN II
- Licensure: Meets the criteria to be eligible for licenser in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.
- Experience: Experience in a positions such as, license practical nurse, lead technician, secretary
- Certifications: Licensed PN with the State of MO, IV certified, CPR / ACLS required. Other certification required according to department policy.
- Other: Ability to work in fast paced area. Able to make independent decisions. Prioritize and multi-tasking skills. The physical demands described here are the representative of the minimums that must be met by an employee to perform all essential functions of the job. Most physical demands are below, plus: Minimal: lift chair to floor level of < 35 lb, carrying 12 lb (one hand) and 25 lb (2 handed), pushing/pulling < 45 lbs of force, crouch, balance, grip and pinch Frequent: perform hand coordination Continuous: Data entry
