Overview:
According to the plan for care prescribed by the Registered Nurse for assigned patients, the LPN will provide individualized nursing care in accordance with the Standards of Nursing Practice for adult and geriatric patients.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
Licensure: Licensed to practice practical nursing in the state of Oklahoma.
Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) is required for independent practice.
Preferred Experience: Rehab experience within the last two years. One year experience in acute medical surgical nursing.
