Overview: Manager of Healthcare Enterprise Project Management Office
Remote (Work from Home) with ability to travel onsite (Up to 10% Travel)
Manages routine processes in Teams experiencing predictable technology evolution
- Estimates long-term staffing needs
- Manages a team of professional level subordinates
- Manages pre-established budget in accordance with functional and business objectives
- Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensures that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements
- Assessing skills and identifying training needs of project team
- Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers / partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs / impact assessments
- Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, testing documentation, training, "warm handoff" and on-time delivery within budget constraints
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
- Certifications: PMP or Agile Certification required
- Other: Experience overseeing project teams and/or work processes.
- Previous Manager experience preferred.
