Overview:
- Provide exceptional personalized customer service as a lead representative for Mercy Virtual Support Services team.
- The Support Services team has responsibility for several areas including, licensing, credentialing and onboarding providers.
- The Manager utilizes strong written and verbal communication skills to properly handle customer inquiries and finding solutions.
- Establishes streamlined processes for areas of responsibility. Ensures applicable state regulations and accreditation standards are met.
- Maintains communication with Mercy Virtual Operations leaders on status and reporting any concerns or setbacks to the projected timelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years previous credentialing & privileging experience
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission accreditation standards, AAAHC accreditation standards, CMS hospital standards and states hospital regulations where Mercy provides patient care services.

Certification:
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) Required
- Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) preferred.
