Part-Time/24 hours per week; No Weekends!
**Must complete 2 weeks of on-site training prior to transitioning to work from home; Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings**

Overview:
Responsible for providing professional nursing care to clinic patients under the supervision of physicians/nurse practitioner and the Clinic Manager.
LPN Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing
Licensure: Active LPN license
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred
RN Qualifications:
Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree
Licensure: Active RN license
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred
