Overview:
Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must haveeither a current RN Temporay Permit/ RN license in the State of Missouri.
- Certifications: CPR required.
- Other: Other certification required according to department policy. The physical demands described here are the representative of the minimums that must be met by an employee to perform all essential functions of the job. Most physical demands are below, plus:Minimal: lift floor to chair height of < 42 lbs, carrying 12 lb (one hand) and < 27 lb (two hands), push < 30 lb force horizontally and <80 lbs of force vertically, pull >< 40 lb force, knee or crouch, balance, grip and pinch forceFrequent: data entryContinuous: hand coordination
