Overview:
Responsible as a member of the hospice interdisciplinary team to the hospice team supervisor and manager for the provision of skilled nursing assessment and hospice care within the scope of nursing practice to maximize comfort and promote quality of life for the patient and families consistent with Mercy at Home policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Preferred Experience: Prefer 6 months experience in a related field.
- Licensure: Current Oklahoma License.
- Certifications: Current BLS Certification required before assigned to care for patients independently
- Other: Demonstrates competence by completion of Universal Skills Inventory and Unit Specific Skills Check List within first three months of employment and undated
- Preferred Certifications: CHPN

- Company Vehicles are available for on-the-job use after your orientation period, in lieu of gas mileage reimbursement
