$15,000 Sign On Bonus for Experienced RN's
Overview:
Surgical observation is an observation post-op unit for short stay patients that need to be monitored due to anesthesia, monitoring for bleeding, establishing pain regimen, etc. Most are overnight stays less than 24 hours in “observation” status. In this unit, we recover surgeries like hysterectomy, thyroidectomy, tonsillectomy, plastics, urological procedures, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, jaw reconstructions. Nurses on this unit work 12-hour shifts.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- License: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
