Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus (based on experience)
$7,000 Relocation Assistance
$45 an hour plus shift differentials and then $50 an hour once competent in all units!!

Overview:
Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the goals of Mercy Ada, the Philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics and the Co-Worker Code of Conduct. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program.Licensure: Current RN licensure with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or current RN Oklahoma temporary work permit.Experience: One year of clinical nursing experience.Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required for independent practice.Other: Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Stand and walk most of the time on duty. Meet unit specific physical demands. Significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance. May be required to work differing schedules, shifts, days of the week, or work frequency according to patient care requirements. High risk exposure to blood and body fluids. Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally.
