We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff, managing schedules, taking phone calls, and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Greet visitors and clients.
- Prepare documents and reports.
- Type correspondence and memos.
- Perform data entry tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
