Position Title: MDT Forensics Manager
Location: Ocala, FL, and Gainesville, FL
Salary Range: $73,000 - $78,000.00 Exempt

Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensures operation of programs objectives consistent with the Center's direction and objectives and strategic plan.
Develops, implements, and maintains the necessary controls to ensure proper budgetary forecasts, preparation and monitoring.
Establishes, maintains data for and reports the status of program deliverables including state outcomes, jail diversions, reduction in recidivism, state hospital diversion, client recovery and independence, including linkage to non-formal support recovery entities such as NA/NA.
Ensures that the Wraparound Community Care Teams Programs meet and exceed all contract performance indicators and legal regulatory requirements, taking corrective action in those areas that are below the standard.
Follow process for monitoring compliance with documentation standards via the documentation and peer review auditing process.
Ensure that Path to Excellence is achieved in the Department through high quality services,
positive client outcomes and excellent client and referral source satisfaction.
Who are we looking for?
Florida licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or Ph.D. in a mental health/Forensic field and 5 years of clinical/administrative experience in related field and mental health population served, 3 of which must be in a leadership role strongly preferred.
Center Driver:
Must have a clean and active Florida Driver's license in accordance with company's insurance requirements.
