Looking for an upbeat candidate with a positive attitude who is willing to work hard and take on the role of the Operations Manager position here at Meridian Moving & Storage. We are family owned, with room for advancement and career opportunities. The ideal candidate would have a background in sales and previous managerial experience. We are looking for someone who can handle a high stress position that involves daily sales calls, marketing (both in office and out of office), team leadership skills, inventory, dispatch, etc.
The salary based position would start after approximately 6 months of full time paid training at $17 - $18/hour, at a 40 hour work week. We are working on an expansion plan of opening a second office, meaning that after training is complete, the Castle Rock office would be under the hired individuals management from there on out - thus starting the salary based pay. Monthly and/or yearly bonuses would be paid accordingly, based on overall performance.
