- Review and analyze student loan calculations, disclosures, servicing activity or other related documents for accuracy
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate system functionality, data integrity and process workflows
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Originations, Specialty Services and other teams to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors upon boarding to servicing system
- Conduct quality audits on processed loans to verify adherence to policies, procedures and legal requirements
- Maintain detailed records and prepare quality control reports for management review
- Present findings to other team members including senior management
- Address items in Risk and Control Self Assessments in addition to partnering with Compliance where needed
Working closely with the team, this person will meet the following requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the financial industry
- 2 years’ experience with consumer loan review and servicing process preferred
- Student loan experience preferred
