Job Description:

The Client Partner is passionate about forming and driving successful client relationships and can work with senior/executive level clients. Through their role, Client Partners provide satisfaction and growth.

You will manage growth and evolution of multiple client relationships between $5-$20 million in annual net revenues and lead complex multi-dimensional engagements that combine media and creative services, data management, consulting, and large technology deployments. You will be a leader with the ability to grow client relationships through presenting new strategies ideas.

The Client Partner is experienced in leading teams of Client Service professionals and teams in a matrixed environment. These individuals also have operational knowledge in operating their client's business to meet financial targets.

  • Experience creating happy customers.

  • Manage overall client satisfaction and the continuing growth and evolution of the clients. Accomplished by creating delivery of work product and encouraging long-lasting client relationships.

  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts within Financial Services

  • Lead and direct a team of Account Directors and Engagement Leaders, focused on delivering value, ensuring quality. Also, responsible for mentoring employees to enhance opportunities for growth.

  • Executive engagement, client expectations, value reinforcement, cross-sell, required to be strategic about engagement strategies that lead to building C-level relationships.

  • Manage all commercial aspects of your client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenue and profit forecasting.

  • Forecast revenue growth to achieve their net revenue and margin targets.

  • Direct team activities to ensure full collaboration and partnership and using our full complement of resources to support the business.

  • Engage with senior level client contacts across all areas of our client's business, delivering a flow of business-building ideas, while securing relationship and performance feedback.

  • Shape growth & account plans and strategies that improve results for clients, while growing the account portfolio.

  • Increase knowledge of our client's business (and industry) often serving as our client's first line consultant.

  • Provide direction to client and capability teams, using all direct and indirect resources and ensuring levels of productivity, service, communications, and quality in a matrix environment for assigned clients.

  • Plan work, communicate changes, and troubleshoot problems, assuring that the client and company commitments are kept.

  • Work with the sales team to develop proposal/presentation content and strategy for new business pitches.

  • "On-board" new client relationships.

  • Assure a highly engaged team staffed with qualified candidates. Hire, retains and develop top level talent that inspires the trust in our clients and in turn become the reason why clients want to work with us.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to sell fit for purpose solutions and new ideas.

  • You will report to and work closely with the Senior Client Partner

Qualifications:

  • Relevant undergraduate degree required with advanced degree.

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in digital marketing

  • At least 10 years experience presenting to and working with senior level client contacts.

  • At least 5 years recent experience in growing complex client relationships in an agency environment.

  • Experience in online and off line media and channel engagement.

  • Experience working in a matrix environment and managing teams within a dynamic environment.

  • Experience working with media clients

Additional Information:

Anticipated Salary Range: $163,000.00-$252,000.00

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
