Role and Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily work of employees engaged in all warehouse activities, ensuring the quality and quantity of work performed.
- Assure employees are following all SOP’s, safety/security regulations, and meeting company standards for accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
- Lead daily meetings to discuss task delegation and goals.
- Ensure orders are prepared properly to reduce damages, shipped accurately, and within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all supplier deliveries are received, checked, processed and putaway, within the agreed timelines.
- Help maintain accurate inventory by completing daily cycle counts and location maintenance.
- Manage the Returns process accurately, ensuring the oldest returns are processed first.
- Coach, train, and develop Warehouse Associates.
- Responsible for managing pickups and loading of our various carriers (UPS, FedEx, Expedited, etc.).
- Create daily/weekly schedules to promote employee rotation and cross training.
- Manage and maintain proper inventory levels of packaging supplies and boxes
- Write and execute performance reviews within established timeframes.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, product locations, and workstations neat.
- Recycle packaging materials accordingly.
- Problem solve and troubleshoot any Warehouse Management System issues.
- Assist other departments in achieving companywide goals.
- Run daily EOD reports to recap productivity
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary and required.

Physical Demands
- Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. several times during the shift.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend, and twist without restrictions.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Frequently work in environment with extreme temperatures. Our warehouse is not climate controlled. This includes sometimes being exposed to the outdoor environment.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- 2 years prior leadership experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a range of computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to stay organized and to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- RF Experience.
Additional Notes
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
