Position Overview:
Ensure high-quality service through team member support and assisting new hires through the onboarding, training, and development process.  Provides general facility and team member support, which may include answering phones and general administrative duties, maintaining the service area including laundry and inventory, and assisting the team members in and out of the field.   
  1. Assist team members in the morning to prepare for their day.
  2. Communicating with team members while out in the field.
  3. Providing field assistance for team members as needed.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  5. Knowing our products and service inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  6. Assistance with the development of training programs and the implication of new policies.
  7. Assists with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.
  8. Coaching and aiding in the development of new team members.
  9. Prepares laundry for the following day.
  10. Stocks and prepares team member's supplies for the following day.
  11. Ensures equipment is continuously properly maintained.
  12. Monitoring inventory daily and taking monthly inventory orders.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma/general education degree (GED) 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Personal time management and organizational skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to drive to customer homes as needed
  • Ability to differentiate between variously colored cleaning products by identifying the color or product name
  • Ability to define specific uses of cleaning products
  • Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions indicated on customized service reports
  • Microsoft© Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
