In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to advance Mersana’s novel antibody-drug conjugates and proprietary platform drug-linker technologies by applying your expertise in analytical development and characterization. These include a diverse set of biologics, polymers, macromolecules and small molecules. This role is best suited for those with a B.S. or M.S. degree in chemistry or a related discipline, with greater than 5 years of industrial experience in analytical development, preferably within a pharmaceutical company setting or a CRO. You must also have a strong desire to learn and develop new lab skills, be highly self-motivated, and enjoy working in teams. Finally, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
