What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Hand position at Mesh Fabrication?
Mesh is a St. Petersburg, Florida-based custom millwork firm looking for a full time shop hand to assist with our shipping and quality control department.
The hired candidate will also receive on the job training to operate our CNC router. Coming to the table with experience running a CNC is a huge plus.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Shows up to work every day and on time
- Has some knowledge of tools and can read a tape measure
- Can lift and move materials of at least 40lbs
- Pays attention to detail and can follow directions
- Keeps the shop clean and organized without being asked
- Safely drives company vehicles to make deliveries and run errands (MUST have a good driving record and valid license)
- Assists with loading trucks with high end finished millwork

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
