Customer Success Manager
MessagePay is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help build and grow our Customer Success team. This candidate will be an experienced professional with expertise in building client relationships and the ability to help new customers make the transition, and foster relationships with current customers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with sales and onboarding team to transition newly signed clients into the customer success process
- Prepares customer success outline for, and reviews the post go-live process with, new clients
- Coordinates file and document exchanges with clients via phone, email, and document sharing software
- Tracks and documents progress of new and current clients through each step of the customer success process
- Maintains frequent communication with clients
- Handles basic customer service questions as part of managing clients' experience
- Reports to Director of Growth
Qualifications / Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project and process management
- Critical thinking
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Comfortable with phone / video calls
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree
- Two to three years’ experience in customer service / success preferred
- Proficient with Google Workspace Products (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
