We are seeking an outgoing front desk receptionist and bookkeeper for our Cross Lanes office. Eligible candidates should be very organized, able to multi-task, and able to meet strict deadlines.
Duties will include:
- Answering, routing & screening phone calls
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Maintaining client & workflow databases
- Checking in, routing, and checking out tax returns and client work
- Performing miscellaneous administrative duties
- Completing bookkeeping and payroll tasks for clients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
