Job Description:

Are you a resourceful, tech-savvy individual with a passion for sales, marketing, and data analysis? We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This unique role goes beyond typical administrative tasks; we need someone who can dive into sales and marketing responsibilities, manage CRM data, create insightful reports, and set up email flows. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, set up meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Sales CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM tools to pull and analyze customer data, manage leads, and update records.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to support sales strategies and campaigns. Generate detailed reports to provide insights into sales performance and customer behavior.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Create, organize, and maintain spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Sales Support: Assist in closing accounts, drafting email campaigns, setting up Klaviyo, and supporting other sales-related tasks.
  • Report Generation: Pull and generate detailed sales and performance reports for executive review.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns, including setting up automated email flows, to engage customers and drive sales 123.
  • Social Media and Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing social media and other marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and support their data and reporting needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Experience: Strong background in managing CRMs, pulling customer data, and analyzing that data for actionable insights.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and precision in managing and organizing data.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively support the CEO and collaborate with other teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an executive support role or a sales support role.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Experience drafting and executing email campaigns.
