Facebook is looking for a Business Lead to support the Vice President of North America, Global Business Group leading our Entertainment, Technology and Telco Sales Team.This person will manage preparation for a variety of internal and external meetings and events, assist with internal operations, and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives that involve functions across both the product and business. This person will also create all of the VP's communications. A successful Business Lead will be organized, strong in project management, able to shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and smaller daily tasks and have excellent communication skills. This person should be a team-player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.

Business Lead, GBG Entertainment Responsibilities:
- Work across teams to research, prepare briefings, set agendas, coordinate materials and own follow-ups for team meetings including pod meetings, Directs meetings, Leadership & cross-functional meetings and All-Hands
- Define and oversee DEI Action Plan in partnership with Diversity Business Partner
- Manage special projects to support full team as well as VP (i.e. escalations channels, Commerce Business Group partnership)
- Act as culture carrier and support team culture based on evolving people needs
- Create documents and presentations as needed
- Support message development for internal and external engagements, including for team meetings, client engagements, internal posts and social media posts (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Ensure progress on priority work-streams, help build decision-making frameworks, deliverables, etc., including support for external relationship management for the VP
- Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive team-wide touch-points and leadership processes, including internal meetings and communications (i.e. Q&A’s, All-Hands, posts and emails)
- Support daily operations in partnership with key cross-functional partners including Executive Admin, Internal and External Communications, and Business Planning & Operations Leads
- Design and maintain processes and systems to coordinate and track the VP’s engagements with internal and external stakeholders across teams and time zones
- Partner cross-functionally within the VP’s team, as well as with internal teams across the company to ensure accurate and appropriate scheduling, logistics and travel arrangements are made
- Manage prep timelines for travel commitments with the VP and team, as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years experience with project management, strategy, management consulting, research, or operations
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working directly with management as well as people at all levels, including executive and C-suite level, both inside and outside of a company
- Experience with building presentations in PowerPoint and compiling briefing materials
- Experience managing multiple tasks with competing timelines and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree or MBA
- 2 years experience at Meta
