**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a forward thinking Finance Operations Analyst to join our Site Services Finance team supporting our global Infrastructure Data Centers. Our data centers, and the tens of thousands of servers installed in them, are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates and upon which our innovative services are delivered. Meta is at the leading edge of the global data center industry both in terms of how data centers are designed and operated.Successful candidates for this team have a bias toward action, know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast, and are constantly thinking of how to optimize how they get work done. The partners we support come from multiple disciplines including engineering, sourcing, operations and capacity planning. They work on designing, negotiating, procuring, deploying, maintaining, and de-manufacturing our servers which are critical to running Meta's apps and services. In each step of this process, there are financial implications to consider and this candidate will get to understand and track them, as well as learn to strategically advise business partners. We're seeking a candidate that is execution-focused and able to move quickly to pull together financial data by developing a strong understanding of our systems and processes. A successful candidate also needs to be able to handle steep learning curves and understanding the technical nature of the business we are supporting. The role is highly collaborative and involves working with different teams within and outside of Site Services.

Finance Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
1. Own the budgeting and forecasting process for both Operating Expenses (OpEx) and Headcount Planning, with a disciplined and collaborative approach to both
2. Create strong business partnerships with business partners across Site Services and Corporate Finance
3. Guide business partners gain key insights into spend through analyses, reporting, and metrics development
4. Deep dive into investments and develop actionable insights that will influence key decision makers to manage resource needs
5. Work with the Site Services team to develop driver-based models for quarterly, annual, and long-range plans for Data Center related OpEx
6. Drive process improvements (including automation) by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management
7. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%-50%

8. 10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or business strategy
9. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, management or related field
10. Experience with developing forecasts, tracking actuals and variance, and creating easy to understand narratives around financial data
11. Experience with synthesizing strategic business insights, problem solving, and determining root cause
12. Adept at building relationships with people across all levels and many functions
13. Communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail
14. Experience to quickly adapt, learn new skill sets, and experience creating a solid understanding of operational challenges
15. Experience dealing with high levels of ambiguity in performing roles and delivering results
