Meta is seeking a highly motivated leader to join our Legal Learning team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of course delivery Operations Program Managers. Our Learning Operations Program Managers are responsible for end-to-end course deployment processes, operations project teams, and course maintenance processes for all legal and compliance training. This role will need to partner closely with our Learning Vendors, Design & Development, Learning Technical Support, Communications, Reporting and Learner Support teams to deploy a variety of learning solutions and complex curricula. This is a challenging role for someone who enjoys both strategic and tactical work, seeks to drive and optimize processes, and is passionate about scaling learning and development at an enterprise level. The ideal candidate will be process orientated, data-driven, and customer-focused who can pivot priorities based on changing business needs. They will be able to apply critical thinking skills quickly and accurately in high-pressure situations and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. While leading a team of Operations Program Managers, they will be able to handle multiple projects/report requests simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of course delivery Operations Program Managers in deploying a variety of learning solutions (e.g., eLearns, virtual classes, instructor-led, videos, etc.)
- Manage the end-to-end course deployment processes (e.g., audience identification, deployment strategies, demand planning, course playbooks, audit support, etc.)
- Review and approve course configurations, launch checklists and course launches
- Develop course deployment and completion strategies
- Assign projects and monitor project progress (e.g., project plan management)
- Review and approve course deployment playbooks and related course documentation
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures
- Create and manage course delivery quality assurance program and support course delivery improvement related projects
- Support external or internal training audits as required
- Collect and provide reporting, dashboard and audit requirements to our Reporting and Legal Data teams
- Select, hire/contract and manage new Operations Program Managers
- Track and report course key metrics and performance measures to key stakeholder as required
- Participate with Legal Learning & Compliance Communications Team development projects
- Work with Legal Data, People Operations, Engineering and People Insights teams to complete reporting projects or troubleshooting
- Participate in assigned cross-functional teams and work with People Operations, and Enterprise Learning
- Provide clear and constant communication and escalate issues in a timely manner and identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience in the Learning & Development and Training industry
- 5 years of experience deploying training
- 3 years of experience in leading a Training & Development team
- Learning project management experience
