In this role, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team to develop sound analytics and provide workforce narratives to the business through data-driven approach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a high performing team, developing strengths of individual contributors, strategic and tactical execution of a team roadmap, consulting business through predictive analysis and research knowledge of large data sets and a good understanding of workforce planning processes and programs.We are looking for someone who is able to influence both within the People Analytics team, across our cross functional partners, and business. The desired candidate will have experience providing end-to-end solutions from data analytics to storytelling. This person will use analytical and strategic thinking to solve problems and be able to influence business and cross functional partners.

Manager, People Analytics Responsibilities:
- Grow, manage, and develop a team of Analytics Business Partners to deliver integrated workforce narratives to business
- Support a team of Analytics Business Partners, ensuring the team is productive, engaged, and thriving in their career
- Build relationships with teams, stakeholders, and partners in different parts of the organization
- Communicate with stakeholders and other internal teams to understand business problems and develop and deliver data-driven solutions
- Prioritize short and long-term needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data and business issues
- Encourage ideation, innovation, and collaboration among the team
- Ensure qualitative and quantitative analytics rigor as well as accuracy in team deliverables
Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA/MA/MS in related fields or equivalent experience (ex: social psychology, economics, mathematics, social sciences)
- Experience managing, analyzing, or visualizing data using tools such as Tableau, SQL, R, or Python and experience troubleshooting others' analyses and code
- Experience managing team members from different disciplines and in different locations
- Experience roadmapping, future planning, and strategy setting at both the team-level and project-level
- Experience communicating technical results to technical and non-technical audiences through storytelling approach across all levels of an organization
- Experience working with HR/organizational people data
- Experience receiving feedback and self-awareness
- Coaching and people development skills
- 2 years experience managing a team of consulting or quantitative focused analysts
- 6 years of business experience in people, human resources, workforce planning or related field
- Presentation experience to senior management
- Experience in data visualization principles and utilize it for storytelling
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years experience working internally within a medium to large organization
- 3 years direct management experience
- Experience developing storytelling narratives and data insights, practical implementation, knowledge of best practices
- Experience with data management and an understanding of data structures
- Experience with Project Management
