To support the quick-growing demand, we are hiring a Scaled Learning Program Manager who will be a strategist, consultant and implementer, leading change initiatives and prioritizing actions based on established priorities to build the future of learning at all levels at Meta. This person will help drive company-wide change initiatives relative to scaled learning & development. Specifically, they will define and implement our change management strategy, support day-to-day execution of this strategy, and set up the processes and mechanisms to reach our goals most effectively. They will act as a chief of staff and pay attention to daily organizational needs with the goal of building capacity for the Scaled Learning team implementing this work. The Program Manager will ensure the team’s time is allocated strategically, and that project team members are contributing where they are uniquely positioned to contribute. In addition, this person is responsible for stakeholder change management and will ensure that the team has the high-quality, well-structured information necessary to make decisions, form opinions, and provide feedback. This role is responsible for executive-level change management, which requires strong communication and influencing skills.The ideal candidate for this role will be motivated by the opportunity to build the capacity of the individuals working at Meta, playing a role that may be behind-the-scenes at times. However, you are also comfortable presenting ideas and content leaders. You will be comfortable working through large volumes of tasks that span proactive opportunities and reactive needs. You will use mental agility to switch topics and altitude frequently any given day given the dynamic nature of an organization where the opportunity and work often needs further definition. You will successfully build collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization and manage through influence to get work done. Using these orientations and skills, you will deliver solutions for complex problems. This role requires maturity, flexibility, humility, resourcefulness, and a sense of humor.

Program Manager, Scaled Learning Responsibilities:
- Driving the Scaled Learning Team to accomplish all priorities
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of Scaled Learning and team while feeling fully accountable for the achievement of all leadership development goals
- Setting the strategic direction and creating the operating rhythm, staff systems, and protocols to ensure that the Scaled Learning Leaders are spending their time on the most strategic work
- Providing strategic thinking, program management and project management for all Scaled Learning work, including cross-functional projects
- Integrating and synthesizing the various work streams and managing the various stakeholders and team members involved in projects in order to give the Scaled Learning Leaders regular status updates
- Being able to jump in and quickly take on work when urgent needs arise, in addition to planning and executing special projects as needed
- Leading change initiatives by engaging, advising, and informing key internal & external stakeholders, including the design, development, and delivery of change strategies and plans
- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of change management projects and ensuring initiatives are delivered on schedule and on scope
- Leading the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communications plans, sponsor plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
- Partnering with key stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes, which includes planning, preparing, and developing key messages, communication and content
- Acting as the proxy for the Head of Scaled Learning during various meetings and engagements while displaying poise, confidence, and maturity
- Defining, measuring, and monitoring success metrics for change progress, along with driving continuous improvement activities that will enhance internal change capabilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 years of work experience in business strategy, leading change and communication initiatives
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives
- Experience delivering effective communications, including development of key messages
- Experience developing interpersonal relationships with cross-functional partners
- Experience leading cross-functional and company-wide projects
- Experience operating independently, and delivering results in an organized manner
- Experience shifting priorities quickly and acting proactively
- Experience communicating effectively at the executive level (presentation skills)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous change initiatives on an enterprise scale, using change management methodologies and tools
- Experience working directly with executives and drafting executive-level communications
- Experience and experience working with all levels across organization
- Entrepreneurial multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity
- Experience thinking strategically and acting operationally and experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies
