What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Partner position at Meta?
As a member of the Global Recruiting and Mission Control Team (GR MC), you will be the single-threaded owner of end-to-end strategic and critical initiatives that span all of GR MC and have enterprise-wide implications and impact.Expectations are to deliver at the highest strategic levels, operate across all directions (North/South & East/West), and have expertise felt both in their domain and across organizations within GR MC Team and broader People@ functions.

Recruiting Partner Responsibilities:
- Own understanding, ideation, and execution of GR MC strategic initiatives, including the ability to build out and execute on org/company wide complex project plans
- Deep understanding of Meta business and GR MC context required to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
- Influence and collaborate on Org-wide recruiting initiatives to advance broader team and organizational goals
- Autonomously collaborate with and influence leadership and cross-functional partners across the organization
- Own and build business cases rooted in data and systems thinking
- Proactively serves as a Leader of culture, skill, and expertise across the greater team, looking for and delivering on critical areas of impact to improve team performance
- Works on the most complex and broad projects/programs (often viewed as exceptionally difficult to solve) and consistently tackles the most leveraged problems
- Establish and conduct quality assessments with end-to-end ownership (ie: Canonicals, daily stand ups, etc.).
Monitor and resolve daily operations to address potential issues as they arise. - Independently owns full-cycle searches in close collaboration with business partners
Minimum
Qualifications:
- 12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and understanding of workforce/headcount planning
- Experience advising company Leadership on Recruiting initiatives and strategies
- Large-scale, org-wide problem-solving experience
- Organizational experience to drive the business forward
- Experience influencing effectively, advising broadly and driving toward results in a fast-paced environment
- Adept in framing and building business cases leveraging data, proven systems thinking, and a track record of effective consulting with and influencing peers and stakeholders
- Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Meta GR MC
- Working knowledge of Meta company-wide priorities and opportunities
