What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP of Marketing position at MetaENGINE?
The Role:
- Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy with a heavy focus on educational content, social, paid, PR, and community growth hacking
- Expand in-house and agency-led marketing capabilities, including multi-channel marketing (re-targeting, sponsorships, events, print, outdoor), PR, trade marketing, analytics and lead generation, and partnerships and business development
- Work to align in-house team and external agency help
- Heavy focus on MarkOps, acting as project manager, develop SOP's, oversee team tasks, and develop ideas for new marketing campaigns
- Define, instrument, manage, and optimize a wholly-new customer conversion funnel, from acquisition through to referral, managing all data flows
- Develop long-range marketing and business plans, including forecasting, planning, budgets, resource allocation, KPI measurement, and performance optimization
- Scale up marketing operations to manage a multi-million dollar budget
