ROOST is a fully furnished extended stay residence designed for travelers who will be away from home for an extended period of time. Our operations are similar to traditional hotel with a 24-hour front office, housekeeping services, and offering personalized amenities.
Join the experience as we are seeking a Maintenance Tech at ROOST Apartment Hotel in Tampa.Job Description:
- Organize materials, tools, and equipment to perform daily assignments.
- Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program.
- Check pending work orders daily and address each work order in a timely fashion.
- Perform basic electrical work
- Perform basic plumbing work
- Perform Preventive Maintenance work orders as needed
- Check HVAC equipment
- Perform general maintenance to resident suites and public areas.
Requirements:
- Part-Time Position- weekdays and weekends (this position will not have a set schedule).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Command of English Language- both spoken and written.
