Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team at Method Dental Lab. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC milling machines to produce precise dental restorations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of CNC machinery, and a commitment to producing high-quality dental products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC milling machines to fabricate dental restorations with high precision and accuracy.
- Read and interpret dental CAD/CAM files to set up CNC machines for production runs.
- Perform routine maintenance and light repairs on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specified standards and tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with CNC machines or production processes.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and health regulations.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a dental lab or similar environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD/CAM files.

- Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Good vision capabilities, including depth perception and color distinction.
