Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team at Method Dental Lab. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC milling machines to produce precise dental restorations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of CNC machinery, and a commitment to producing high-quality dental products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines to fabricate dental restorations with high precision and accuracy.
• Read and interpret dental CAD/CAM files to set up CNC machines for production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specified standards and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with CNC machines or production processes.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and health regulations.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a dental lab or similar environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD/CAM files.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Good vision capabilities, including depth perception and color distinction.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
• Strong self-motivation, self-direction, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
