Reporting to the Manager, Medical Services Programs, the Medical Services Coordinator performs administrative, records and data management, and payment processing duties for Medical Services Programs.
The primary duties include: Receive payment requests from test administrators, audit to ensure accuracy of charges and resolve discrepancies, forward requests for payment to Accounts Payable, and monitor for payment verification. Create, update, and maintain program files, databases, and spreadsheets; compile and analyze data; and prepare reports.
Respond to customer service inquiries related to HR Operations, billings, and test and work status. Participate in special projects or events as assigned to meet the on-going needs of the organization. Promote safe work practices and maintain and foster a safe work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Final salary will be determined in part by the qualifications of the selected candidate.

- Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field, or, in lieu of specified degree, a combination of education and experience that equals two years of administrative, records/data management, or payment processing experience experience.
- In addition to #1, must have three years of administrative, records/data management, or payment processing experience.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.

- Ability to work as part of a team under aggressive deadlines.
