Job Overview:
As a Field Manager in the Dayton Division, you will oversee the construction and delivery of new homes, ensuring quality, timeliness, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will be the main contact for trade partners, customers, and internal associates for each home. The most rewarding part of this role is taking pride in building entire communities.
You will succeed if you:
- Quickly use real date to solve problems within policies and procedures.
- Enjoy daily communication with customers and trade partners to clarify questions.
- Approach tasks systematically and orderly.
Duties:
- Supervise trade partners and suppliers to meet building standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct homeowner meetings, walk-throughs, and weekly updates.
- Identify recurring issues and notify relevant departments to prevent future occurences.
- Meet and surpass budget, schedule, and quality standards for each home.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in project management or residential construction.
