Job Description
Location: Remote / Baltimore, MD area preferred
Description:
Metric5 is currently seeking an Human Centered Design (HCD) Lead Trainer to join a growing team supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Integration, Training, and Technical Support Services (CMS ITTSS).
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a comprehensive HCD Learning Track from introductory to advance curriculum
- Engage with customer leadership to design and refine Learning Track content
- Conduct hands-on coaching to support learners in practical application
- Facilitate community development within the customer environment
Desired Skills:
- Strong HCD Practitioner, experience growing the skills of others through mentorship, coaching, and training
- Experience delivering User Experience Design / Human Centered Design Training or Workshops
- Experience delivering engaging learning experiences
- Strong planning and communication skills
- Knowledge of the concepts of Training from the Back of the Room (preferred)
Education: Bachelors Degree
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
