What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Labor position at Metrie?
This is an entry level position with potential for advancement. Candidates need to be able to perform repetitive physical work in an often loud and dusty environment (w/ PPE). No experience necessary - we provide all training in-house!
Metrie remains open as an essential business to serve our communities as a supplier of home improvement and construction products, and we are looking for motivated individuals like YOU to join our team.

CURRENT SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
- Monday – Thursday (FT - 40 hours)
- Day Shift (6:00am - 4:30pm) OR Swing Shift (4:00pm-2:30am)*
- Overtime shifts available on Friday
*Swing Shift Candidates must be available to work Day Shift (6:00am - 4:30pm) for the training period.
