Metro by T-Mobile is looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly, committed and self motivated. Hourly pay plus goal based commission. Employees must dress in uniform (professional) when on shift, be a team player, have an open availability, reliable transportation and be a go-getter. We are looking for Sales Representatives who consistently GROW their individual sales while maintaining operational excellence at their assigned retail location.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly quotas

- Taking initiative on daily duties when being unsupervised

- Team player on Sales Floor
- Sign shaking/ Flier Dropping, engaging customer to come into our store and check out or promotions

Requirements:
- Bilingual (Speaking Spanish and English fluently)
- 18 years old
- Customer Service Experience
