- Assist in answering commercial business phones
- Manage the job start-up process
- Track time and materials
- Manage Foreman correspondence, dumpsters, inspections, permits, owner training, etc.
- Manage project close-out
- Assistant to GM and VP
- Maintain spreadsheets
What We Want From You
- 2 years of office assistant experience, preferably within home services
- Professional and customer-focused personality
- Self-starter, reliable, etc.
- Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
- Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within the department
- High School Diploma or equivalent
