Description
As HR Manager, reporting to the CFO, this position will oversee all Human Resource aspects of the company. A significant amount of coordination across the organization will be required, especially in the new growth areas. Some of the core responsibilities include:
- Proactively engages with the clinics on recruiting / hiring needs
- Developing and refining onboarding best practices
- Oversees annual compensation program, including the incentive program design
- Delivers the annual benefits enrollment program
- Addresses HR related matters
- Provides guidance on the various training programs
- Oversees the year-end performance review process
- Executes surveys and action plans
- Strategic partner on organizational design as the business continues to grow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource management
- 5 years of experience in HR-related work
- Mission-driven individual with high energy and strong levels of perseverance; works toward both individual and team goals
- SHRM certifications are a plus
Compensation
- $90k 10%

We operate 45 clinics throughout 6 states and are in the early innings of rolling out our footprint nationwide.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
