Job Summary:

The Revenue Assurance Analyst will support the Cost Management functions of the department as well as assist with bill cycles. These diverse set of functions will allow growth in multiple areas of the Metronet business.

What you will be doing:

• Auditing direct cost to verify accuracy
• Ensure invoices are processed with correct account coding in a timely manner.
• Resolve misapplied/unapplied payments
• Dispute overbilling and driving issue to resolution
• Assist with bill cycle processes
• Work with outside vendors and Tax Department to resolve tax issues
• Ad Hoc cost audits of various vendors and products

What You Need For This Position:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of related work experience
• Analytical skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
• Proficient with Microsoft Access and Excel
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of Telecommunications a plus
• Must be flexible and able to take on new tasks
