The Role
The Manager of Enforcement Strategy plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective enforcement strategies to ensure compliance with parking regulations, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enforcement practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective enforcement strategies to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to assess enforcement effectiveness, identify trends, and develop insights for strategy refinement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, operations, and technology to align enforcement strategies with organizational goals.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop proactive enforcement measures.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of company policies and procedures related to enforcement activities.
Provide training and education to internal stakeholders on enforcement policies, procedures, and best practices.
Establish monitoring mechanisms to track enforcement activities and prepare regular reports for management review.
Continuously evaluate and improve enforcement strategies based on feedback, performance metrics, and industry best practices.
Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through proactive enforcement measures.
Oversee a team of enforcement analysts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, compliance, or related field.
Seven (7) years of experience in parking enforcement, compliance, risk management, or related field.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful parking enforcement strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau) preferred.
